How to Use Gua Sha
Start with a clean face and prep skin with a facial oil or serum to enhance the glide of the gua sha tool and nourish the skin.
Hold the gua sha almost flat to the skin (about a 15° angle), using light pressure. Work in one direction (upward and outward) and repeat 5–10 strokes per area on each side.
- Jawline: Using the notched edge, sweep from the center of the chin along the jaw toward the ear.
- Cheeks: From the apple of the cheek, follow the cheekbone up and out to the temple.
- Under-eye: With the rounded corner, glide from the inner corner to the temple using feather-light pressure.
- Brows: With the notched edge, move from the inner brow to the temple.
- Forehead: Sweep upward from the brows to the hairline.
- Neck: Glide up the front to the jawline and down the sides toward the collarbone to encourage drainage.
Clean the tool with mild soap and water, dry, and store in the fridge for an ultra-refreshing de-puffing effect
