Love my LED face mask! I did a lot of research before buying and I have been so impressed. I have been using for about a month now and have already noticed the difference in my skin. The mask is easy and comfortable to wear and with 10 minutes of use a day is convenient to fit in the time between working and looking after a toddler! I am glad I made the purchase
I ordered a Fybelle Radiance Pro LED Light Therapy Face Mask and the Fybelle IPL Hair Removal Handset and unfortunately only the Face Mask arrived in the package. I contacted Fybelle support and was greeted by Julie who went above and beyond to investigate what happened. Julie found out the IPL unit wasn’t shipped, they were out of stock in Australia, so she searched international warehouses and had an IPL unit shipped in from Hong Kong. Fabulous service - 5 stars.
Also the LED Light Therapy Face Mask is great, I can see a difference after a week of use.

It’s only been a few weeks but I can feel and see the difference already. I’m so glad I chose this Australian brand. I have confidence I’ll look even better in a few more weeks. Also the customer service was amazing!

I love my Fybelle mask! The neck attachment is a great addition, especially for mature skin. The mask is comfortable and simple to use. Our whole family, including my husband, enjoy the benefits and we now have multiple masks in our house. After sales service is exceptional and swift. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases.
So far its been good. Give it a good clean before use or it leaves a chemical taste in your mouth. I also find it keeps me awake if I use just before bed so time it earlier.
We have been using the product for only a week and I found my skin is shinier and is getting clearer.

The product is great, however the customer service was even better! When the product arrived damaged (no fault of Fybelle), they were so quick to respond and organise a replacement with no hassles. The damaged product went back at no cost to me, and the replacement arrived so quickly I didn't have to stress about having an IOU for Christmas. Thanks so much!
First of all, I really appreciate the quick response and easy communication with the customer support team. I purchased the LED Face Mask and almost had it delivered to the wrong address, but their fast reply solved the issue immediately, something many brands lack nowadays. The mask arrived quickly, I tried it and instantly fell in love with it. It fits comfortably on my face and it only takes 10 mins a day. Who doesn’t have 10 minutes?! Overall, I’m really impressed with both the product and the service from this brand.
Got this as an early Christmas gift from my husband because he couldn’t wait and I love it! The mask is light, comfortable, and my skin already looks brighter and calmer, I’ve only used it for 3 days. Such a thoughtful surprise!
I don't believe this actually works or the product I've received is faulty.
Its functional except it the mask does not emit any heat whatsoever. Its certainly bright but zero heat.
When I contacted Fybelle via email no response whatsoever.
